I am writing in reply to your message regarding having tickets for sale for the Blackpool Dance Festival 2009.

The correct procedure if you are unable to attend is to return your original Ticket Reference Letter to the Dance Festival Office and on receipt of this your Credit Card will be refunded. This way will ensure that you are able to purchase seats for future years.

We do have patrons waiting on a Cancellation List for seats to be returned.

Therefore, if you have not sold these seats yet please return the original Reference Letter.
