I just thought you should know that all the media clips (at least for the foxtrot) are liked to the forward basic clip...no matter what you try to play you see 'forward basic'

I just checked the entire Foxtrot syllabus, and it's working ok for me.

Please tell me about your computer configuration so I can try to emulate it and troubleshoot.

What operating system are you using? Browser and version? Are you running the latest version of Flash? Is Javascript turned on? Cookies? The more detail I have about your computer, the more likely I will be to solve the problem.

The way you can see other clips is to shut down your browser and then go to another clip. Except for the areas where there are several choices, because the 1st choice plays right away, there is no way to go to the other ones.

Hi,

I discovered the problem. It's specific to Internet Explorer. I have contacted the tech support dept of the company that makes the video player, awaiting a reply.

In the meantime, the simplest way for you to view the video clips is to use any browser other than Internet Explorer. Here are a few:

Firefox
http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/

Safari
http://www.apple.com/Safari

Opera
http://www.opera.com

It's a problem between Internet Explorer and the program we use to display the media. I'm working it out with tech support. In the meantime, I've reverted to the original video menu for users of Internet Explorer. So at least everything is working. But if you want to use the new, friendlier YouTube-style video menu, you'll need to use one of the other browsers listed above... at least, until I get this bug worked out.
