health question

Hey, sometimes when I do certain chest/shoulder movements I get this weird feeling in my chest, sort of an out of breath feeling...does that happen to anyone else? It's only certain, i guess "shimmy" like movements that cause it. It's almost a loose feeling, kind of hard to describe. I will probably go to the doctor to investigate, I was just curious if it happens to anyone else...thanks!

I find some movements cause my shoulders to spasm and this tightens my chest. We figured mine out between the heart doctor and the chiropractor. Heart doctor ran me on a treadmill and put me under a machine that recorded my heart working and blood flow, thus showing good stuff there; then the chiropractor adjusted my back and shoulders and improved my breathing by freeing up jammed joints.

Don't risk anything, get it checked thoroughly so you KNOW rather than speculating. Love of Dance should lead you to take good care of yourself so you can continue to dance well into a healthy old age!

Again, check it out with medical professionals because if it IS your heart you can do so much more if you KNOW it.

Guest1. Go to your docror and explain the symptoms and have a thorough check up. If it happens repeatedly then it must be checked.
Whilst we are on fitness. After raising your pulse rate to say from your normal resting pulse rate to 120. If after a minute thirty it has not returned to normal and has not dropped after ten minutes . You are not fit.
