They're really doing a choreogaphed show routine that would fall under the definition of lyrical dance. At least that's the way I would view it, since it is combining some ballet, modern and jazz and the dancers are reacting to specific parts of the music.
From a straight ballroom standpoint, and if you were asking what ballroom dance would fit this music, I would lean toward a rumba. But not truly sold on that notion. More experienced instructors will weigh in with good thoughts, as they always do.

You are looking at Modern with a Lyrical fusion. Very different animal from what you'd find here.
