Conscious brain to the unconscious brain?

As per the information in this site
"For a newly-learned movement to become automatic, you must move it from you conscious brain to your unconscious brain".

Is this correct or should it be to the subconcious brain?
please clarify ....

Grace. Subconcious. Or better still put the moves into your Muscle Memory by repeating and repeating for as long as it takes you.

Grace. Not all information provided is accurate. It in many cases it is just an opinion. If you were to read that for the lady on the 2nd and 3rd of a Feather Step the right hip is higher than the left. If that is not what you are doing. You must go to another scource and find out if it is correct.
For this one I would start by going to Learn The Dances on this site and look for myself. It would be a mistake to take everything you read as being correct.
