1.." An error occurred" when I signed in.
2.. Tape stopped in the middle of dancing and counting again.

Before I can help, I'll need you to answer a couple of questions:

(1) Where were you signing in, e.g. main log-in page, mini log-in box in upper left-hand corner of all pages, message board pop-up message window, etc?

(2) Did it give you a specific error message? If so, what was it? If not, what happened that appeared to be an error?

(3) By "tape", are you referring to one of the video clips? If so, which one?
