Hello, I have already been registered until now no problem to see the videos with my computer with Windows 7. Resubscribed for 3 days, but this morning it does not work? Please restore this connection .Thanks.

Hi Luis,

I checked your user account, and everything looks ok. There's nothing on our end preventing you from viewing the videos.

The culprit is typically the browser, so start off by logging out of your user account. Clear your browser cache (in particular, making sure to remove all cookies associated with BallroomDancers.com), then close and restart the browser. Once you log back in to your user account, things should run smoothly once again.

Let me know if that doesn't fix the problem.
