It sounds like the "cookies" that store your login info on your computer have somehow become corrupted, and the slate simply needs to be cleaned. You can verify this by trying out our website with a different browser, if you have one. For example, if Internet Explorer is the browser you normally use, try viewing our website with Firefox or Google Chrome instead. (You don't need to permanently swicth browsers, mind you, but trying it once will at least verify that this is indeed the problem).
To permanently fix the problem, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. Then quit and restart, and go back to our website and log in to your user account once more. If you don't know how to clear your cache, I can help you with that, too, but first I'll need to know which browser you like to use. the process is slightly different in each.
Once it's fixed, let me know how long you've been having this problem, and we'll add that much time to your premium membership.
