Dance step - Torno or Torneo?

Does anyone know the correct spelling of this step and which dances it might be used in. Follower balances on one foot while leader walks around her turning her on the one foot. Perhaps a video?

Torneau... Its used in Cuban Son, and did have a spell in Intern. latin some years back.

Its also an Ice skating figure ( probably its origin )
