Matching dance to song

I was wondering if the song Hey Sexy Lady by Shaggy could be used with any dance? I love the beat and the horns, but can't seem to get it to work with any dance. Any help?

I've always thought this song would be a good tango(American)--but counting out the rhythm of the song (from memory)I'm getting a 1,2,3,4 and 1... and that would be cha cha, albeit a little slow. Now I'm perplexed. Sometimes you just have to dance the song. And sometimes songs just don't fit into ballroom!

Last Tuesday Night (in Australia), one of the couples from our version of Dancing With The Stars used Hey Sexy Lady to dance ... A TANGO! So it can be used for a tango. But it was sort of augmented by the drummer to sound more like a tango. Bye!

It certainly has a distinct 4&1 beat. But it's too slow for a chacha, almost too slow for a rhumba. Maybe a bolero. A tango would be very nice, I think.
