Any suggestions on hands movement?

I have troubles with the hands motions in latin dances.

Could someone explain me, how to develop the choreography of hands? Or point to the sources of info in the WWW?

Thanx in advance!

Use the same standing excercises you see ballet dancers use. There are plenty of books on that subject. Better to do it in front of a mirror, you can then see if you are lifting you shoulders when you hands and arms are raise above your head. Keep them down. Do you know any competing ice skaters. They can help you with the use of arms.

Thank you for your answer, Don!

Could you advice me a good ballet technik book to start?
