Places to practice?

Hi, I just joined this forum and I hope I am not misusing it with this self-serving question... =)

... I just wanted to know if people could give some suggestions for relatively inexpensive places in the Northeast NJ and/or Manhattan areas where my fiancee and I could practice some of the ballroom dance we are learning. It would be ideal if we could actually use or rent a room to ourselves so we could play our music.

I imagine this could get expensive, but I'm curious to hear any suggestions or even testimonials people would have.

She and I have taken multiple ballroom dance lessons through the years, but we are definitely both still neophytes.

THANKS SO MUCH =)

If you are currently taking lessons, you might try asking your instructor. If you are not currently taking lessons, look around to where there are lessons being offered, and perhaps there is space available there. Maybe there's a health club in your area that would allow you to use their aerobics room during off-hours.
