I am trying to find some ECS and WCS songs. Can anyone please give me a list of popular songs which you can do either ECS/WCS with? Thanks a bunch!

Depends abit on how you define popular music. Most of these were on pop charts at one time or another...a few Ideas off the top of my head:

East Coast:
Only the Good Die Young -- Billy Joel
Every Heart Beat -- Amy Grant
Johnny B. Goode -- can't remember who performed it!
Run Around Sue -- ditto
Steel Bars -- Michael Bolton
Enchanted -- Fleetwood Mac
Lovers Who Wander -- Dion
You Don't Mess Around With Jim -- Jim Croce
Maneater -- Hall and Oates

West Coast:
Downbound Train -- Springsteen
I'm the Only One -- Melissa Etheridge
Lovin', Touchin', Squeezin' -- Journey
The Other Side Of Life -- Moody Blues
True Love -- Pat Benatar
Thing Called Love -- Bonnie Raitt
You're So Vain - Carly Simon
I Heard it Through the Grapevine -- Marvin Gaye
I Never Loved a Man -- The Commitments
Brass in Pocket -- The Pretenders
Seduces Me -- Celine Dion

The best west coast dance is the blues at or about 115 BPM.
If you go to any large west coast dance in Texas or any state the venders out front of the main ball room will have tons of west coast music for sell.
Any song with the right BPM works, the last one I dance to was by (PINK)
I dont care for her music but the song had a nice BPM>

Good Luck
