what is the best way to learn really good hand and arm movements for the international style rumba? Group classes on rumba body movements never seem to cover this. I need help in this area for cha cha and rumba, but rumba is where I need it most.

I've never seen any good arm styling group class, except for once in my life - in a dance camp (organized yearly in December at San Francisco). Consider private lessons or videotapes. Beware of cheep tapes.

Honestly? The best way is to take a private with an instructor who's good at it. Otherwise, ask your studio to do a special class or workshop in arm styling...maybe they'll do it! Ours did. We had a special series one month that concentrated on a different technique each week...arm styling, spins and turns, latin motion, etc.
