the short answer is 'no' The site hasn't been updated since early March, as far as i can tell, so maybe there are 'technical' problems. I notice there's a little 'construction' symbol to say they're still working on it.
In the few days before it was taken down, a long-overdue discussion (on the public discussion page) on the new constitution had started. Pity about the timing.

What a coincidence. We in Australia have had two discusion sites closed down also. At the time of closing there were some heated discusions taking shape. I am a little suspicious as to the reason why.

I don't think that's the reason in this case. The real problem is that the web site was one of the few points of communication.
