Who can tell me the current 2004 International standard Silver level syllabus of Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, and Tango.

What country? ISTD or IDTA?

"International Standard" refers to a style, which is really more about "open" international competition. Step lists for restricted level competition are more of a per-country preference thing.

For amateur competitions in the US, look at www.usistd.org For pro-am in the US it's possible you may need to look at the slightly different IDTA list instead.
