Double turns

Can anyone explain the footwork and the count of the double turn for the lady in the EC swing starting with the rock step as 1,2?

Rock step - 1, 2

Mans arm will raise, triple as if going into an outside turn - 3 and 4

Double turn, 3 pivots - 5 and 6

Rock step - 7, 8

actually that's incorrect. you can only do an inside double spin in ECS, to do a double outside spin, it's better to make it into an 8-count move (step, step, triple step, step step, triple step), allowing the follow to turn once in two counts, instead of trying to get her to get all the way around twice in two counts!
