Tails question

Hi,
I'm want to buy a tux with tails for exhibition shows and I would like to know if anyone can tell me whether the tuxedos that men where in competition are custom made to allow for ease of movement or are they comfortable enough off the rack? Also, what is the best material for comfort and where is the best place to purchase a quality tuxedo?

Thank you.

Hi misterb,

The "off the rack" tailsuit will give you two lumps above your shoulders the minute you get into a dance hold. Also the material behind your neck will bunch up when you start to dance.

Yes, the tailsuit that men wear in competitions are custom made for dancers. Please see some of the tailsuits in the classified section of this website.
